From the chef: "I made a bunch of appetizers the other night and had my best friend and her husband over as taste testers. My best friend ended up hoarding these."

Ingredients

8 chicken nuggets ( frozen, precooked )

1 Can (8 oz) crescent roll dough

8 oz swiss cheese (8 slices)

4 oz sliced ham (4-6 slices)

Directions

First, preheat your oven to 375 degrees and lightly grease a large cookie sheet. Then start by cutting each chicken nugget in half. Make sure they are thawed (warm them up in the microwave if needed). Then cut each slice of Swiss Cheese into 4 squares and cut your deli ham into diced pieces. Roll out your crescent rolls. You should have 8 triangles, Separate them and cut each triangle in half so that you have 16 triangles now. Place a square of Swiss on each triangle, then place some diced ham and a half chicken nugget on each crescent triangle. Cover with another square of Swiss (to make them really cheesy!). Then roll up the crescent starting from the big end of the triangle going to the narrow end. Place each crescent onto your lightly greased cookie sheet about and inch or two apart.

Cook for about 10-15 minutes until crescents are golden brown on top.

Then mix up the ingredients of your dipping sauce in a bowl and serve as an appetizer or fun meal for kids.
