6 ounces plain greek yogurt (Chobani 2%)
1/2 cup granola
1/4 cup Muscle Milk protein powder (2 scoops, vanilla, optional)
2 teaspoons Vanilla extract
1/4 cup vanilla almond milk (unsweetened, or any milk you have)
4 ice cubes

1 cup vanilla almond milk (unsweetened (or use regular milk with a dash of vanilla extract))

1 frozen banana (I like to peel and slice a banana before I freeze it. Then wrap the slices in plastic wrap)
1 teaspoon sprinkles (1-2 teaspoons rainbow sprinkles (for topping))
