This 20-minute lasagna will cook faster than one episode of Dora the Explorer

1 pound ground beef, 95% lean meat

12 ounces bowtie pasta

1 tablespoon Olive oil

26 ounces pasta sauce

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon italian seasoning

1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1/2 cup sour cream
